Warranty
The warranty for material and defects is 3 years from the date of purchase for each Pelikan writing instruments. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear and becomes null and void if the writing instrument has been used inappropriately, manipulated by third parties, or is lost.
If you are not satisfied with your nib width, we will exchange your nib against any available nib within 4 weeks upon date of purchase.
