Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart (with the exception of Mont Blanc products which you cannot presently buy online). After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Solo. If you do not wish to pay online, you may telephone your card information.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. (Usually within 48 hours).
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place an order.
We are entitled to make any adjustments to the price to take in to account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or the imposition of taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing an order.
Shipping And Handling
All prices are exclusive of delivery charges, these will be added to the price of the products at the checkout.
We only deliver in the UK at the moment.
If the order value is £30.00 or less, there is a £2.50 P&P charge. This is dispatched by first class post.
If the order value is over £30.00, there is a £7.00 P&P charge. This is dispatched by Special Delivery.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you within two working days, if in stock.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
All prices quoted on the website are inclusive of VAT at 20%.
Credit Card Security
Pens Plus together with Sage Pay have taken the following steps to ensure security:
Card details are taken through an on-line secure server system provided by Sage Pay.
All transmissions of data are encrypted.
Pens Plus never sees the card details, only Sage Pay.
All details, validity checks and transaction processes are carried out whilst you, the shopper, is still on-line.
You, the shopper, and Pens Plus both receive confirmation of the transaction.
Pens Plus receive order, contact and shipping details only from any information collected at time of purchase.
Guarantee
Product guarantees
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufactures guarantee for their stated period. Please contact us for verification on warranty time length for individual manufacturers. These guarantees specifically exclude faults caused by accidents, neglect, and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables, cosmetic damage is not covered.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.

Pens Plus Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
