REPAIRS & SERVICE

Pens Plus offer a full repair service of vintage and modern writing equipment. If you would like to have your pen(s) repaired please send it to us register post, packed securely and well protected with a note stating fault or problem. Upon receipt, we will post, e-mail or telephone at your request a quotation for your approval.

We charge a handling charge of £12 plus postage plus parts. It is not possible to give a proper estimate without seeing the pen. Should you decide not to proceed with the repair, the pen will be returned and only postage will be charged.

Some time although not often we get caught out. Some repairs may need parts which we simply do not have.

All repairs are guaranteed for the original fault for three months from the date you receive them back from us.

Most repairs have a turn around of 10 working days, however, this time may increase for some pens.
